Turkey experienced missile system KAAN. Video

The Minister of national defence of Turkey congratulated the developers of the missile system.

Reportedly, the missile system KAAN production of the Turkish company Roketsan was presented at the International defense industry exhibition IDEF-2017 in Istanbul.

Rocket KAAN with a diameter of 610 mm is capable to provide effective fire support to army units. It is equipped with inertial navigation system and global positioning system (GPS) for application of precision strikes on targets. The rocket, weighing 2.5 tons, capable of carrying warheads weighing half a ton.

Thanks to a maximum automation of the crew of the missile system consists of only three people: the commander, loader and driver.
