Turchinov explained the sudden decision of Russia in Donbass

Not just provocations, and military actions, said Turchinov.

Russia is preparing to resume is not just a provocation, and already the fighting in the Donbass, said the Secretary of national security Council and defense of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov.

He argued his words that Russia withdraw its observers from the Joint center for control and coordination (SCCC).

“Unilaterally, cynical, unnecessarily Russia with a fait accompli in the Ukraine and the whole world, Recalling its representatives from SCCC. This can be attributed to the escalation that occurred at the front. We cannot exclude that they derive their officers in order to strengthen not just provocations, and already hostilities”, – quotes the head of the national security Council, the Interfax-Ukraine.

We will remind, Moscow withdrew its observers from the Joint center for control and coordination of questions of ceasefire and stabilization of the demarcation line (SCCC) in the Donbass in response to the introduction from 1 January 2018, the new rules of entry to Ukraine for Russians. In response, the Ukrainian observers also were forced to leave the Donbass.

Official Kiev explained the decision of Moscow’s desire to force Ukraine to negotiate with terrorists “L/DNR”. It is actually legitimitely power is controlled by Russian militants.
