Coal exports from the so-called “DNR” and “LNR” to Russia contrary to international standards.
The Deputy Minister of the temporarily occupied territories and internally displaced persons Georgy Tuka said that Ukraine could file lawsuits in international courts if there is evidence of export of coal from the occupied territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
About it today he told reporters.
Tuck stressed that if such events happen, it is contrary to international standards.
“We have the opportunity to get photographs and with high resolution, including photo of crossing the state border, and if such facts are recorded, it is at least a reason for the submission of claims… If we are talking about coal, which is mined on the temporarily uncontrolled territory of Ukraine, it may actually be a question of war crimes, who will testify on the plunder of mineral resources of Ukraine”, – said the Deputy Minister.
