Tsurenko lost to the State tournament in Wuhan

Ukrainian tennis player Lesya Tsurenko in the second round of WTA Premier 5 in Wuhan lost the first racket of the world Garbinie the Wind.

Tsurenko and Muguruza on the Chinese hard conducted second in-person meeting: two years ago at the tournament in Toronto an unexpected victory in two sets (7:5, 6:1) celebrated Ukrainian.

During the first set, Muguruza was leading 3:0, but in the middle of the party Tsurenko managed to make one back break. Les was able to achieve a full-fledged comeback, but when the score was 3:4 not implemented the break-point. In the next game, the Ukrainian played a set-bol, but after a few minutes to stop the fight for the party.

In the second set, the nature of the game has not changed much – Tsurenko often sinned unforced errors and created the State minimum problems in games on it. Tsurenko in the third game lost his serve at 4:5 earned a break point, but of a celestial body in time connected the first inning and did not allow the resumption of the struggle.

For an exit in the second round “Wuhan Open” Lesya Tsurenko earned nearly 14 thousand euros in prize money and 60 points in the WTA rankings.
