The US President Donald trump called “stunning” work of the Secretary of state Rex Tillerson talks in Moscow, where he met with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
About this American leader said during a joint press conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
“I want to emphasize the remarkable work done by the Secretary of state Rex Tillerson during his visit to Moscow to promote the interests of the security of the US and its allies. He spent a terrific job,” said trump.
As reported, on 11 April, the Secretary of state Rex Tillerson arrived in Moscow for the first time as head of the American foreign Ministry. Today he held talks with Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov.
In particular, Tillerson during his visit, said that to fully progress in implementing the Minsk agreements Ukraine will remain an obstacle in relations between the US and Russia.
Media reported that Tillerson is flying to Moscow to represent to Russia the evidence of what was known about the use of government forces of chemical weapons against civilians in Syria and tried to hide it.
Before Tillerson to Moscow was to arrive the Minister for foreign Affairs of great Britain, Boris Johnson, but he canceled his visit. The reason for this decision was the aggravation of the situation in Syria.
