The US President Donald trump said that he would not insist on the resignation of Syrian leader Bashar al-Assad.
According to him, it’s all the same happens.
In an interview with “The Wall Street Journal,” the American President said that to achieve peace in Syria is possible and with the current head.
– Insist we? No. But I think at some point it will happen. I think it’s hard to imagine (peace be with President Assad – ed.). But I would not use the word “impossible”. I think the word “impossible” is wrong. But it doesn’t seem it would be a good start, – said trump.
