The President of the United States Donald trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN yesterday signed a “comprehensive” document after the historic summit in Singapore, whose main objective was the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
Detail about the contents of the document yet, but trump announced that he’s denuclearization process will begin “very very soon”.
Despite the fact that the breakthrough achieved at the summit, marked only the beginning of the diplomatic process, it can lead to serious changes in security in northeast Asia.
The event is compared with the visit of former U.S. President Richard Nixon to Beijing in 1972, which led to the transformation of China.
Before you sign something trump called “comprehensive agreement”, Kim said that the two leaders held a historic meeting and they decided to leave the past behind. “The world will face serious changes.”
Trump said that he established a “very special relationship” with Kim, and relations with North Korea will be very different.
