In a brief written statement on Tuesday, trump said that the rocket launch North Korea “signaled his contempt for neighbors, all members of the United Nations and the minimum standards of acceptable international behavior.”
“The dangerous and destabilizing actions only increase the isolation of the North Korean regime in the region and around the world,” said trump. “All options are on the table,” he added.
On the night of August 29, another North Korean rocket flew over Japanese territory and fell presumably on the Eastern coast of the island of Hokkaido. Tokyo immediately convened a meeting of the UN security Council.
