Trump is well aware of the situation in the Donbass, said the head of the Ukrainian foreign Ministry.
The President of the United States Donald trump during a recent telephone conversation with Petro Poroshenko demonstrated a good awareness of the situation in Ukraine. This was stated by Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin on air of TV channel 1+1.
According to him, Poroshenko held two telephone conversation with trump, the first concerned the Dating of the presidents. The conversation after the inauguration of the tramp was planned to be a certain Protocol, but, according to the Minister, “so he did not” trump asked Poroshenko what is happening in the Donbas.
The second conversation between the leaders of the countries, which took place on the night of 5 February, was very deep in content. “He began, accordingly, with a few phrases, greetings and went straight to the point, literally the fourth phrase,” – said Klimkin.
As the Minister said, Poroshenko informed the US leader about the situation around Town. “A very specific conversation that’s happening, why it occurs, and from the American President sounded very deep questions that show that he was providingour. He knew the facts, and it was a really good conversation,” – said Klimkin, adding that some things can not say.
Klimkin also confirmed that next week Poroshenko will visit the United States.
