In Donetsk occupation officials offered to students who reside in the territory controlled by Kiev, study in universities and secondary special educational institutions in the occupied territories.
It became known that the so-called “Minister of education and science DND” Larisa Polyakova has announced the allocation of 1 500 budget places in educational institutions of the breakaway Republic.
According to the coordinator of the expert group “Information resistance” Dmitry Tymchuk, it is planned that simultaneously with the admission to study, students will receive a “passport” and will be put on the account in the “military commissariats” with the issuance of registration certificate.
The Pitmen assure that this attitude to prospective students from the territory controlled by the vivid evidence of severe shortage of students in the “universities”.
“At one University in the sixth year studying five or six people only. Students in Donetsk really little, all off to College and get diplomas in the territory they control. We combine the technical schools because students do not have enough, and “MoE” calls the kids here. Anyone of paper that says “diploma DNR” hundred years is not needed.
