About the film “Turning” (Begining) we heard back in 2012. Director and script writer of acts nominated for the main prize of the Berlin film festival for the Thriller “the Final cut” — a native of Jordan Omar Naim. Then, five years ago, it seemed that everything in the ointment: if the shooting was already over, and the main roles were listed Justin Bartha (“the Hangover”) and Rachel Nichols (“Parking”), and the premiere was scheduled for 2013. In the end, however, the project stalled.
And now the “Transformation” once again comes to life. Caste is recruited from scratch, and one of his first joined the Brit Toby Kebbell, who you might have seen in such blockbusters as “Kong: skull Island” and “planet of the apes: War”. Studio I love the guy, and most importantly — the audience and the camera. Even when he plays APE.
So, blow the dust from the synopsis of “Conversion”:
The film tells about a young family in the face of Alex and Lisa, who are forced to come face to face with an ancient evil. Alex becomes obsessed with the dark essence, which gradually displaces it self.
Yes, raisins in the story not yet seen. But at least, I am sure, Kebbell will be able to adequately play the possessed.
Earlier it became known that a couple Kebbel will be Claire Holt, who plays one of the lead roles in the shark horror film “deep Blue” this summer.
At the moment producer Michael Philip , among others, is presenting this project to potential buyers at Toronto film festival:
Toby Kebbell, and Claire Holt — a terrific tandem for “Transformations”, they set the tone in the promotion of the film.
Well, let’s see what these guys come out. While no start date for shooting nor indicative of the Prime Minister is not defined.
