Observers special monitoring mission of the OSCE recorded the van with Russian license plates and the words of the Ritual, which entered Russia from the Donbass. This was reported on the official website of the mission.
“21 Oct 20:04 van with the Russian number plates on which was inscribed the Ritual arrived at the border checkpoint Donetsk, the Ukrainian side and crossed the border in the direction of the Russian Federation”, – is told in the message.

October 20, two ambulances with LC license plates arrived at the border checkpoint Donetsk and drove across the border to Russia at 10:50.
“The same ambulance returned to Ukraine at 17:50,” added the press service.
