The President of Russia Vladimir Putin made the cover of American weekly magazine Time. The aggressive red background, the figure of the policy rises over the globe, which noted several States, policies which, according to journalist Simon Schuster, the President of Russia is trying to influence. Article teaser reads: “Another plan of Russia. Vladimir Putin wants to influence the election. [View] inside his growing Empire of rogue States”.
In the material already published on the website, to tell about participation of Russia in conflict in Venezuela, Libya and Syria and the interests in the Sudan. The author of the text believes that Putin managed to build a “motley Empire of tyrants and failed States”.
Schuster argues that the Russian President has influence in 28 countries and owns four methods of influence: informational, military, economic and diplomatic.
