Bite can be dangerous.
In each district of Kiev are working around the clock emergency rooms, where they will assist in the event of a tick bite.
As the press service of the KSCA, in the summer there is a seasonal tick activity.
It is also noted that ticks are carriers of pathogens of viral and bacterial diseases.
On the territory of Kiev ticks carry Lyme disease among men, piroplasmosis among dogs, and in some regions of Ukraine – and tick-borne encephalitis, tularemia, etc.
If the human body has stuck tick, you should remove it as soon as possible. In emergency rooms it will be removed, treat the bite and provide necessary recommendations.
