Warming is to wait until April 23.
In Ukraine announced a storm warning: under forecasts of weather forecasters, on the territory of the country of rain, wet snow, sometimes heavy rain and gusts of wind.

“In connection with the invasion of Arctic air from 18 to 22 April, is expected cold weather, with night frosts in the air 0-5°, on the soil surface 3-8°, daytime temperatures 2-9° C”, – stated in the message.
According to forecasters, in southern, Eastern and most Central areas of rain, wet snow, sometimes heavy rainfall, wind gusts of 15-22 m/s.
According to weather forecasters, in second half of April we are waiting for the cold. And at the end of the month in the Northern areas by night – frosts. And will become warmer only on April 23, when the thermometer will show +23 °C.
