According to official data, in Paris took to the streets of 5.5 thousand people.
In cities across France about 37,7 thousand people took part in protests against the reform of labour legislation.
According to police, participation in demonstrations in Paris took 5.5 thousand people. According to the trade Union CGT − one of the organizers, the procession was attended by 25 thousand people. The demonstration in Paris was pretty calm, but some protesters set fire to smoke grenades, as well as painted the walls and smashed the bus stop.
Demonstrations also took place in the towns of Pau, Bayonne, rené, Toulouse and Lyon.
Earlier it was reported that the President of France Emmanuel macron has signed five decrees that reformed the Labour code and declared that all the changes will come into force no later than 1 January 2018.
