A mass rally demanding the resignation of the leader of political movement ANO (Action of dissatisfied citizens), billionaires Andrew Babish as Prime Minister of the Czech Republic was held on Thursday evening on Wenceslas square in Central Prague.
The meeting began with the vociferous chants the crowd: “Only the resignation of the (Babish)!”, “No (movement) ANO!” Heard numerous shouts of “Shame Babish!” and “Babish behind bars!” Above the crowd raised banners with inscriptions of similar content. Speakers accused the Prime Minister of corruption, of the kidnapping of a son from his first marriage from the Czech Republic in the Crimea, and also in cooperation with the state security services of socialist Czechoslovakia.
“This can’t be tolerated. We can’t afford to Babish, who organized the kidnapping of his own son in the Crimea, was in the chair of Prime Minister”, – said the protesters the Deputy of the Czech Parliament for the Civic democratic party and former Chairman of the lower house of the Supreme legislative body of the Republic Miroslava Nemcova.

The meeting organized by initiative group of citizens AUVA. One of its leaders Veronica Sevcikova told reporters that according to preliminary calculations, on Wenceslas square has gathered about 20 thousand people. Meanwhile, sources close to the Republican police, misleading about 5 thousand citizens.
Among the crowd on Wenceslas square there were a lot of young people. Was attended by MPs and activists of right-wing parliamentary parties in the Czech Republic, demanded on Wednesday the resignation of Babish as Prime Minister and had taken the initiative to hold in the lower house of the Supreme legislative body of the Republic a vote of censure to the government. It is expected to take place next week.
