The photographer showed the unusual beauty of the underwater city.
As a result of the landslide, occurred in 1908, in Western Norway flooded the entire valley with farmland. Now it is a place known as the lake Logicalsanity (Lygnstøylsvatnet), is popular among diving enthusiasts. People from around the world come to explore the Norwegian Atlantis.
And recently this lake has been the photographer Lars Korvald (Lars Korvald). He took pictures and videos on an underwater camera, capturing the magic world of this place.
“Imagine that floating on the crystal clear water, and before you appears the enchanted forest, the remains of settlements, the road which the goods are carried over a hundred years ago, stone fences, which kept herds of sheep,” says Torvald.
“When immersed in water, you can see what’s left from nine outbuildings, a bridge, road, stone fences, gates and most importantly – enchanting underwater forest, consisting of bare Apple trees, frozen in time for over a hundred years,” describes the underwater world of Korvald.
