This Ukrainian film breaking records at the box office

If the film pays off, the audience will see the continuation of the story.

Only during the first week of release, the film “Guard Outpost” broke the record for number of viewers and the amount of cash fees in Ukraine.

The tape, which was released on October 12, has been viewed over 110 million viewers. In cinemas and managed to collect nearly 8.2 million. At the same time that the film’s budget is around 40 million hryvnia, 18 of which are provided by the state.

It is worth noting that the filmmakers promised the continuing adventures of Vic and the three heroes, if the film will pay for itself at the box office. Besides Ukraine, the film will be shown in at least 11 countries.

By the way, the previous record holder was the film “Dzidzio Bass”, which for the first week looked 102 thousands of spectators that brought it to the authors of 7.7 million hryvnia. Overall, this tape became the first Ukrainian film that pays off at the box office.
