As it turned out, the use of at least one egg a day reduces the risk of stroke in elderly years by 12%. The risk of coronary heart disease was reduced by 3-10% depending on the country.
Interestingly, men and women, the results were different. For example, the risk of stroke was lower by 15% in the strong half of mankind, and 8% excellent. But if we talk about coronary heart disease, the effect was the opposite: 19% vs 2%, respectively.
It should also be noted that the best “egg” diet affects people of Japan. This is possibly related to the lifestyle of the people of China. The study also found that eating lots of eggs does not lead to even better performance. In other words, to reduce the risk of several diseases it will be quite a chicken egg a day.
