How much coffee you need to drink to lose weight
Scientists have conducted a new study and found that coffee helps to lose weight and also promotes longevity and reduces the risk of developing type II diabetes.
Scientists from the Guangzhou University of science and technology (Wuhan, Hubei, China) conducted experiments on mice, injecting them with caffeine and found that with its use, the mouse began to eat less and thus lose weight.
The reasons for weight reduction: scientists have named a few. First, coffee can increase metabolism by 3-11%, that is, when caffeine in the body starts the process of lipolysis – breakdown of fat and turning into energy.
And second, coffee gives organisms energy, helping to more carefully work in the gym, and thus burn more calories. Also in the study it was found that coffee suppresses the appetite and reduces cravings for sweets.
Therefore, in order to lose weight from coffee at the correct healthy diet and regular exercise, the coffee should drink four cups of coffee a day. It is best consumed half an hour before the workout and no later than 16:00.
