Ukrainian forecasters warn of frost in some regions of Ukraine within 3-4 October 2017.
This is with reference to Ukrgidromettsentr reports the press center of the State service for emergency situations (SSES).
“According to Ukrgidromettsentra, October 3, 2017 in Ukraine on the surface of the soil freezing 0-4 degrees Celsius,” – said in the message.
According to the press center of the SSES, October 4, 2017 in the East, Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions on the surface of the soil and sometimes in the air frost 0-5 degrees Celsius.
