In the Internet appeared the video of brutal fights in the middle of the carriageway on the North-East of London. The footage shows how a truck driver attacks man sitting in the car.
To balance the weight class, the last one pulls out a belt and starts to whip them forward.
Fortunately public flogging was stopped by a cyclist who stood between the fighters.
When the police arrived, the men were separated and their identities have failed to install.
