At the airport “Borispol” at about 02:20 30 March from the Qatari capital of Doha flew two aircraft with Ukrainian citizens, who on arrival ordered to go on a visual observation. However, many still remain on Board the ship, which was surrounded by police officers and national guardsmen.
As it turned out, most of the passengers released from the aircraft, yet they did not sign a notification of the reasons and nature of the observation (a set of restrictive and preventive measures aimed at localization and liquidation of the hotbed of infectious diseases), as well as the consequences of non-compliance with the regime. According to passengers, they were not warned about the mandatory in Ukraine observation, and now they offer to pass it for a fee.

Human rights activist Masi Nayem on his page in Facebook published a video message from one of the passengers of the flight that when buying tickets, they had not been warned about the mandatory quarantine.

After arrival in Kiev we recommend you to go on visual observation at two hotels for your money – 380 euros for two weeks – and one some free accommodation. In the plane we have left 130 people out of 180, a lot of children, there are adults and seniors. The plane is not on the security — no water, no food, no air quite a bit. It’s cold outside, the clothes on our backs, the baggage is on the runway. We are ready to pass the medical examination, tests for their money,” said one of arrived tourists.
According to Nayem, no one answers questions of passengers, does not fulfill the conditions under which they are asked to subscribe. Furthermore, people were forbidden to shoot video. “The toilets on the plane stopped working, shut it down, also ran out of drinking water. It’s clear that there’s no lawyer they are not allowed”, – said the defender.
They say they will declare us terrorists
Another stuck in the plane of Ukrainians Vitaliy Zayets, wrote on his page on the social network Facebook that the plane was surrounded by soldiers of the National guard. According to him, the passengers gathered to declare the terrorists.
