When the weight is already gathered and it’s time to lose weight, women begin to frantically choose a diet that would allow them to quickly return to its former harmony and to forget about the extra folds on the stomach, as a nightmare. But here, in their way, there is still one problem – all diets eliminate sweets and this means that during weight loss the mood is, to put it mildly, is bad, because the most favorite products banned.
Nutritionists say that these foods can replace the sweets:
– fruits and berries;
– dried fruits;
– med;
– vegetable cakes that does not have yeast and sugar;
– chocolate above 75% cocoa;
ice – cream, but preferably, it contains low sugar and no preservatives.
The main advantage of these products is that they do not interfere with the body to get rid of extra pounds and at the same time pleasing to the soul that sweet and pleasant taste. Besides, these “substitutes” sweets contains a lot of useful substances – vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and so on.
In any case, should respect the rules of eating even healthy sweets, because overeating to anything good does not.
Try to give up your favorite high-calorie sweets gradually, replacing one of their methods of serving fruit salad, for example. Then you’ll bounce back and not to see sweet at all, because self-abandon wasp waist is not prudent.
