Some products are better not to wash
Scientists claim that the chicken, meat, eggs, and mushrooms are not washed before cooking, as this leads to the spread of bacteria and a number of other negative consequences.
Chicken
Raw chicken contains harmful bacteria, particularly Campylobacter and Salmonella are the two main culprit of food poisoning. While washing dangerous micro-organisms get into the water and end up on your hands and in the sink. Chefs suggest to proceed immediately to the heat treatment of chicken meat due to the high temperature, all the microbes will die.
Other meat and fish
Raw fish, and chicken should not be washed before cooking. Washing will not eliminate the bacteria, only help them to spread over the surfaces of the sink and kitchen table.
Chicken eggs
Experts also advise to abandon the wash store-bought eggs. At the factory they make a substance that blocks the proliferation of bacteria and microorganisms. After washing, a protective layer is completely washed off.
Mushrooms
Keep the mushrooms under the water or soak impossible. Due to the porous structure of the mushrooms very well absorb water, with the result that their taste deteriorates. Better gently wipe them with a damp towel.
