Milk in tea reduces the amount of natural antioxidants that it has. These catechins fight cancer and diabetes. Tea with lemon is useful only if you add lemon to the cooled tea, as vitamin C is destroyed at high temperatures.
Tea with honey a different story, as med at forty degrees loses its beneficial properties. But at a temperature of 60 degrees honey becomes carcinogen cancer causing.
