More and more people admit that they feel badly without drinks containing caffeine, and some even experience a break-up if some days remain without caffeine.
Scientists from the University of Washington, school of medicine, Johns Hopkins University and the University of Vermont published the results of their research showing that more than 50 percent of lovers of coffee and Cola, took part in the study were not able to give up these drinks, even in cases when they are required because of pregnancy, heart disease or other conditions, when the caffeine is considered dangerous.
In the study, it was found that healthy adults without damage to health to consume no more than 400 mg of caffeine drinks a day. This is equivalent to a small Cup of coffee and coke. Pregnant women need to reduce this rate by half, and people who regularly experience anxiety or insomnia, have high blood pressure, heart problems, refuse caffeine.
Note that in 2016 the American psychiatric Association officially recognized caffeine hazardous substance is because of its ability to induce dependence.
