Essential oils are used as prophylaxis and treatment against influenza and colds.
It’s not necessary to buy oils in tubes, can take a special candle and sticks, in which the content is already extract of eucalyptus oil and lemon.

Essential oils for colds can be used in several ways:
1. It is possible to make inhalations for two recipes. One includes such ingredients as three drops of tea tree oil and eucalyptus in a liter of boiling water, breathe in through every half hour during the day. And in the evening you can add on a lit of boiling water, four drops of lavender oil and breathe it in for hours before bedtime.
2. You can take a bath with essential oils. For example, you can take two tablespoons of milk and honey, mix five drops of eucalyptus oil, two mint, and a drop of rosemary. Take a bath for fifteen minutes, and then go to bed.
3. You can make a rubbing. Mix warmed cream or petroleum jelly, add two drops of tea tree oil, a drop of fir oil, two drops of eucalyptus and five drops of peppermint, all mixed and rubbed into the chest and back.
So using essential oils to prevent against the flu and colds.
