The qualitative use of funds of the State road Fund of Ukraine, which should start in 2018, is possible only with the control and mechanism of sanctions, said the Minister of infrastructure of Ukraine Volodymyr Omelyan.

Of course, working with law enforcement officers, in addition, introduced a system CoST, which independently monitors the situation. According to the Minister, in places of road works cameras will be installed to check, making the technique on a particular stretch of road, and whether there is it there at all.
“Secondly, all reports must be in electronic format so that it was impossible to deceive, to write what is not” – said Vladimir Omelian.
As reported, November 17, 2016 the Verkhovna Rada adopted the law on establishment of the State road Fund of Ukraine.
To ensure the introduction and implementation of the state policy aimed at reducing deaths and injuries from traffic accidents, one of the areas of use of revenue State road Fund is to Finance road safety, according to the state programs.
The law establishes that taxes (excise duties), specific to filling of the Fund will be credited to the special Fund as follows: in 2018 50%, 2019 – 75% 2020 – 100%.
