The prestigious international competition.
2017 World Press Photo is the most prestigious and largest international competition among news photographers. This year the competition was attended by 5 034 photographers from 125 countries, who provided 80 408 photos.
As usual, the policy is not without cost. Top prize World Press Photo-2017 took the correspondent of the associated Press Burhan, Ozbilici with photo, shot in Ankara, the Russian Ambassador to Charles and his murderers, guns blazing.
