Summing up another week of the regular season for the hundredth season in NHL history.
“Chicago” due to a series of seven successive victories reduced the backlog from “Minnesota” only up to a point, but “Savages” played two games less.
Along with two giants in the comfort position to the final portion of the regular season is coming “San Jose”. The rest of the clubs top 8 is still very early to relax. “Los Angeles”, “Winnipeg” and “Vancouver” in the case of a powerful finishing spurt ways to break through to the zone playoffs.
Western conference:
“Washington” already on seven points pulled away from closest pursuer – “capitals” in case of victory in the next match will be the first club of the season, staked out a place in the playoffs.
“Columbus”, “Pittsburgh”, “Rangers” and “Montreal” will not fall out of the top 8. Good chance at the playoffs, “Ottawa”, and the islanders, and Boston is third in the Atlantic division, leaving in crisis “Toronto”.
