The scheme of work of the Verkhovna Rada, in which the so-called”supervisor” gave the team the MPs vote is gone forever. This was stated by Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Rozenko in an interview “Цензор.net”.
“I think a system that was under the previous government of Yanukovych, when the Verkhovna Rada was “looking”, which gave the MPs team, how to push the buttons in the Ukraine never will be.”
According to Rozenko, “everything that is happening in Parliament over the adoption of all legislation is completely normal and democratic procedure”.
“The more interaction of the Cabinet of Ministers with the Parliament than before MPs will participate in the drafting of legislation (still in draft), so there will be less noise and politicking and legislative acts will be of good quality,” – said Deputy Prime Minister.
He stressed that, in his opinion, to deal with political discussions, even if sometimes populist, around bills useless: “they (the discussions – Ed.) was, is and will be. For a democratic country it is normal”.
