In the US State Department said the talks Wednesday will focus on how to find ways of putting pressure on North Korea, and will cover such areas as the fight against terrorism and territorial rivalries in the South China sea.
It is expected that the US will put pressure on China to further tightening of international sanctions against North Korea. Negotiations began the next day after the US President Donald trump said that Chinese efforts to persuade North Korea to deter programs in the field of armaments have failed.
