The draft U.S. resolution condemning rocket attacks on Israeli city Eilat and the attack in Petach Tikva, was not accepted by the UN Security Council.
“Made by the delegation of the United States draft UNSC statement for the press condemning the shelling of Israeli territory is blocked by some delegations, including France,” Interfax quoted a source in the UN security Council.
It was the first document that made the us delegation to the UN security Council with new permanent representative Nikki Haley.
Recall, February 9 missile defense (BMD) Israel was hit by several rockets fired from the Sinai Peninsula. The responsibility for organizing the launch of rockets took on the militants.
