The Russian delegation was present at the speech of the President of Ukraine, but Lavrov, this time in a hall was not.
The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and Vice-President Mike Pence came out of the hall of the Ministerial meeting of the security Council of the United Nations (UN) before the speech of the Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov.
Completing his speech, the first room left of the Ukrainian President in a few minutes came the Pens.
Lavrov in his speech emphasized on the Russian initiative on placing in the East of Ukraine peacekeepers. The head of the Russian foreign Ministry said that “evading the implementation of agreements not good.”
In his speech, the Russian foreign Minister pointed to the possibility of interaction between the EU and the OSCE in the framework of the Russian initiative on placing in the Donbass, the UN mission for the protection of the Special monitoring mission of OSCE in Ukraine.
It is noted that the Russian delegation attended the speech, Poroshenko, Lavrov the most, however at this time there wasn’t.
