Ukraine has filed a lawsuit against Russia on its breach of the UN Convention on the law of the sea.
The President of the International Tribunal for the law of the sea gave the dates of the hearings on the application of interim measures in respect of the Russian Federation for violating the immunities of the three Ukrainian naval ships and 24 members of their crews.
“Public hearings will be held on 10-11 may 2019. A procedural order will be published on the website of the Tribunal,” she wrote on his page in Facebook.
