The Ukrainians will pay for heating, even in summer

Experts soothe: from the introduction of the license fee postradayut only those who do not use water.

Six months later, Ukraine will introduce a monthly fee for hot and cold water, heating.

In addition, citizens of Ukraine will have to pay for water regardless of whether they enjoyed it or not. And the current price of a cube of water and a Giga-calorie of heat will be reduced by the amount of license fee. The amount of license fee is still unknown.

Expert Valentin Zemlyansky is convinced that this innovation in the water will hurt those who do not use it.
