The Ukrainians suggested how to deal with collectors

Note to debtors.

The lawyer spoke about how to communicate with the collection companies.

First, it is better to avoid any negotiations with collectors.

Secondly, you need to always adhere to the position: there is no lawsuit, then nobody and nothing to talk about.

Thirdly, never try to pay the collectors, because they are usually very rarely can prove the correctness and the legality of his use of your debt.

So if you are still willing to negotiate with collectors, ask them to submit all the documents and paper in writing, officially, to your mailing address, or contact the court which will be obliged to check the legality of claims to you that these collectors.
