The Ukrainian army announced on decommunisation

Moreover, Muzhenko commented on yesterday information about the assignment in the Russian names of Ukrainian cities to certain military units.

According to him, it is “marking the territory and scoring of claims on the lands of other peoples.”

Muzhenko said that the Ukrainian army has its own traditions of military-historical character, but because of the actions of the Kremlin will not have any effect on it.

He emphasized that such decisions need the Russians to continue the tradition in the form of “stealing someone else’s history and glory.”
