Only four airlines own their own aircraft.
Ukrainian airlines in terms of fleet not so Ukrainian, since most of the aircraft taken on lease abroad – 102 of 118.
This is evidenced by the State register of civil aircraft.
In particular, most passenger aircraft leased in the United States – 23 units (including operator 20 units is UIA), Cyprus – 21 units in Ireland – 11 units in UAE – 8 units in Singapore and Portugal for 7 units.
The most popular two manufacturers, Boeing and Airbus. The most popular models of these plants are Boeing 737-800 and Airbus A320-212.
It is noted that only four airlines own their own aircraft. The fleet of Motor Sich, and Ukraine as a whole consists of private planes, and Ursu MAU – partially. On the balance of Urga is 6 units, Motor Sich – 5 units of Ukraine – 2 units. The most popular model is the An-26-100 (5 units).
Also, according to the State register of civil aircraft, only four carriers more 10 aircraft: MAU – 41 (excluding cargo), Urga – 14 (excluding freight and training), the rose of the winds – 11 and Zn – 10. Six airlines fleet size ranges from 3 to 7 aircraft.
