Inkerman, according to local residents, has become a city of horrors.
Tourist Inkerman impressive. Go here to see the unique monastery in the cave. But for local – this place is a dump. In some places people live in homes without water, sewage, and even without a Foundation. Residents wrote complaint wherever possible. Meanwhile everyone is doing with their hands, and paint, and clean, and the road was concreted themselves.
The biggest trouble in the city – the lack of hospitals. While there’s only clinic and ambulance. After poor maintenance a few years ago the building of the hospital acknowledged emergency. But in Inkerman plan to build a detention facility. A lot of non-gasified houses, and people buy gas in cylinders.
Before the election, the Russian Governor of Sevastopol wanted to replace the curbs. But officials have confused addresses, and work began on the wrong site. Signature style of Inkerman – broken and unfinished roads. One of them leads to kindergarten. The streets are full of garbage.
