The terrible murder in Gyumri: Armenia gave Russia the ex-serviceman

In Armenia Permyakov had been sentenced to life imprisonment.

Yerevan Moscow handed the Russian ex-serviceman Valery Permyakov, who was sentenced for life in Armenia for the murder of seven members of an Armenian family.

“The transfer of Permyakov to the Russian side took place under the Moscow Convention of 1998 on the transfer of sentenced to imprisonment for further serving of punishment”, – said the press service of the Ministry of justice.

It is also reported that as a result of consultations with the authorities of the Russian Federation agreed to provide the Armenian side with information about Permyakov serving punishment in the case of the relevant request.
