The Ternopil regional Council demands to dismiss Lutsenko

The appeal of the 22 December was supported by 34 deputies.

The deputies of the Ternopil regional Council supported an appeal to President Petro Poroshenko to dismiss Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko.

About it reports a press-service of political party “Samopomich”.

The appeal of the 22 December was supported by 34 deputies. Lutsenko’s removal was supported by the faction “samopomich”, “people’s control”, “Freedom” and “citizenship”, some members of the BPP and BYUT. Voted against “radicals”, “akropoli” and part of the BPP.

According to the Chairman of the faction “Samopomich” in the regional Council Vitaly Vidrine, the Prosecutor General’s office is prosecuting, who have their own political stance and criticized the leadership of the state.

As an example, he recalled the arrests of the volunteers of the battalion “Donbass”, the hearings on which were held behind closed doors.

Moreover, in the Verkhovna Rada there was an unprecedented case — the main grandstand of the attorney General without reason, threatened the Chairman of the faction “Samopomich” in the Verkhovna Rada Oleg Berezyuk. This can not be in a democratic country. The attorney General can’t speak the language of jargon — added Pedrina.
