The Minister dispelled the myth that a subsidy need to be returned
The grant is irrevocable, people never will require to return that money. The journalists said the Minister of social policy Andrei Reva in the beginning of the all-Ukrainian Congress of public organizations “Donbass: road map for 2018. Common vector”.
“Another myth is that you have to return the subsidy. The grant is irrevocable, people never require what they need to return the money. This irreversible state aid”, – said Reva.
Recall that the average size of grants in November 2017 decreased by 51.1% to 540,3 UAH compared with the corresponding period last year.
As reported in the state budget for next year the provision of benefits and subsidies to population for payment of housing and communal services incorporated 71 billion hryvnia.
