1. Hair Museum, Avanos, Turkey.

The Museum was founded by Turkish Potter Chez Heliom, who 30 years ago, the mistress left on the memory a lock of his hair. At the moment the collection contains about 16,000 hair samples left by various women who have visited this place.

2. Museum of phalluses, Reykjavik, Iceland.

Icelandic Icelandic phallological Museum is the only Museum in the world, where a collection of phallic specimens belonging to all terrestrial and marine mammals that live in the same country. Also in the Museum are exhibits of species that do not live in Iceland.

International Museum of toilets was established by Bindeshwar Datacom, an environmental scientist and expert in the field of sanitation. The Museum displays a rare collection of facts, images, and, of course, items related to the history of toilets. It is noteworthy that many of the exhibits have historical value, such as a toilet made of pure gold created for Queen Victoria.

5. The Museum of the Paris sewers, Paris, France.

The Museum introduces visitors to the history of urban sewer network, as well as various water treatment methods practiced in Paris from the time of Roman settlements to the present day.

6. The Museum of mummies, Guanajuato, Mexico.

One of the worst museums in the world contain naturally preserved mummified bodies of people buried in XIX-XX centuries in the local cemetery of Guanajuato. The Museum was formed during the validity of the law under which the relatives were obliged to pay tax for the burial place. If sales tax is not paid on time, the dead body removed from tombs and were kept in a special building. Over time these mummies have become very popular with tourists, and it was put on display in glass cases.

7. The Museum of parasites, Tokyo, Japan.

A collection of the world’s only Museum of Parasitology has approximately 45 000 copies of the worms, and about 300 other types of parasites. The collection also contains the bodies of people and animals affected by parasites.

8. The Museum of condoms, Nonthaburi,Thailand.

The Museum houses a huge collection of contraceptive products, and also special devices demonstrating the process of checking the condoms for strength and durability.

9. Museum rabbits, Altadena, United States.

This original Museum was opened in 1998 by the spouses named Candace and Steve and it is in their private home. It all started in 1992 with a gift of a stuffed rabbit for Valentine’s day, but now the collection includes more than 34 000 exhibits: plush, porcelain and other types of rabbits. Also the couple live six real, live rabbits.

10. Museum of water, Beijing, China.

The exposition of the Museum tells the story of the water business in China, starting from the time when water was delivered to every home in wheelbarrows to modern plumbing.
