The state Duma adopted the law on latcapital for the first child

The state Duma in the third final reading unanimously passed a law giving the right to receive the parent capital after a birth of the first child. About it reports “Interfax”.

According to the speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin, now the families whose first child was born, will receive from the state 466 617 rubles. At the birth of their second child, this payment will be 616 617 roubles, it increased to 150 thousand rubles.

“This is one of the most important initiatives in the framework of the message of the President of the Russian Federation. The head of state set the task for the change was retroactive and affected families in which children were born from 1 January 2020,” — said Volodin.

In addition, the program was extended to 2026 and reduced the time for obtaining the issuance of mercapital from 15 to five days. “We are reducing the time of issuance of the certificate and money to the procedure of obtaining care was for a young family as simple and operational,” said Volodin.
