The state statistics service of Ukraine published data on average wages by regions of Ukraine. According to the Agency, the highest salaries in September were received by the residents of the capital – 11,5 thousand UAH. Compared with last year the salary of the people of Kiev have grown by a third.
Followed by a large margin is the Donetsk oblast, the inhabitants of this region receive an average of 8 thousand UAH. In the Kiev region the average salary is 7.2 thousand UAH.
The lowest salary in Ternopil, Chernihiv and Chernivtsi regions, in these regions, the average salary is just over 5.7 thousand UAH.
