Healthy light summer porridge, wheat, barley, wild rice, and meat products are better to eat duck, rabbit, he said. Also recommended lean fish, better steamed, boiled or baked, – it can be on no later dinner hours to 6 PM.
“In the morning you can start with cereals with vegetables (steamed, but with a minimal amount of oil) or muesli with fresh berries, to provide your body with fiber and carbohydrates.
