The shortage of qualified professionals in the industry and the cult of the proletariat

We in the industry increasingly scarce skilled workers, competent technical specialists and small business entrepreneurs. And that, in my opinion, this is perhaps the biggest cause of poverty in our wealthy country.

Another reason is that the Soviet Communist era has developed a strong cult not qualified, but that the proletariat, saying that honorable and profitable to be!
